Create and print forms faster and easier

Forms such as transport or accompanying documents often have to meet tight regulations, for example in the automotive industry. The SAP standard offers few options for quickly handling the data and print preparation. However, this can be solved with extensions that can be set up quickly.

More efficiency in forms printing

Forms are needed again and again for goods and products. The complete and correct labeling of forms according to customer requirements and output on printers is therefore a critical factor for suppliers. For example, in EDI-supported logistics processing between suppliers and automotive manufacturers (OEM processes). However, creating and printing forms with the standard SAP functions leaves a lot to be desired in terms of efficiency.

In the SAP standard, a separate data collection program and a separate print formatting must be created for each form with SAP Smart Forms In addition, forms must each be assigned to a separate output type. This can be remedied by process-oriented solutions such as SPEEDI or JUNIQ from WSW Software, which are designed for operation with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA respectively.

JUNIQ Print Engine

The JUNIQ add-on provides preconfigured end-to-end scenarios for OEM processes from delivery call-off to shipping message. The end-to-end processes also include the required print programs for labels and for transport and accompanying documents, and the EDI mapping specifications are also supplied. Each individual end-to-end process is provided to the customer in the form of a template, which he can copy and adapt to his individual requirements with little effort or extend with additional process modules. JUNIQ is designed for operation with SAP S/4HANA.

SPEEDI Label Engine

The SPEEDI Label Engine already provides numerous standard labels and shipping forms for print output via SAP Smart Forms and partly via Adobe Printforms on laser printers or Zebra printers. They can be easily and quickly adapted to the respective application by configuration. Multiple use of existing Smart Forms is also possible, and they can be adapted with a special SPEEDI-technology to create a new type of smart form. The SPEEDI Label Engine runs under the SAP Logistics Execution System (SAP LES) of SAP ERP, but it is also available as a standalone product for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM).
