WSW Software has a new Management Board. Since November 1, 2024, the board has consisted of Sascha Hartmann (Head of Marketing), Miriam Kagelmann (Director Business Unit Business Analytics), Niklas Lanzinger (Director Business Unit SAP & Digital Supply Chain) and Jörg Müllender (Head of Sales). With these four executives, the Management Board is made up of very young colleagues.
Jörg Müllender commented on this change as follows: "We are all very motivated to fill this role and will start the strategy development for the coming years with great enthusiasm."
The change in the age structure fits in with WSW Software's future orientation: agility, willingness to change and foresight are important values of the company. The new Management Board also sees this as its mission. Niklas Lanzinger commented on the reorganization: "It is important for us to find a balance between consistency and sustainability on the one hand and progressiveness and change on the other. We are looking forward to this task."
"I also see it as a signal that WSW Software offers opportunities to all employees regardless of age," said Miriam Kagelmann, who has been a member of the Management Board since 2022.
In addition to the division heads such as Kagelmann, the sales management has also been part of the Management Board for some time. What is new, however, is that the Head of Marketing has also been added to the board. "This shows that marketing is an important driver of the company's success and that its importance for the value chain is recognized," summarized Sascha Hartmann.
In this step, the CEO of WSW Software, Klaus Müer, is handing over his operational duties to the Management Board. His aim is to hand over responsibility to a younger generation. He also wants to send a signal to customers and employees that WSW Software is a modern, reliable and future-oriented company.
