Motherson DRSC Germany faced a double challenge: the project not only aimed to switch from minimal SAP usage (FICO) to a company-wide S/4HANA system, but also to map highly complex supplier processes - including JIS/JIT, Mercedes-Benz INTO SC and other OEM requirements.
