Welcome to WSW Software. We have been providing IT logistics solutions since 1986 and are headquartered in Munich's southwest. We work for more than 400 customers worldwide with a team of 130 employees. What and who exactly is behind these numbers, we introduce you with the next clicks.

Who we are

Experts for every day

In 1986, our company emerged from Webasto Fahrzeugtechnik AG. Five years after the invention of the personal computer and five years before the invention of the SMS, it was not foreseeable that we would one day be the leading supplier of logistics add-ons in the automotive industry. But that is exactly what we are.

And even more than that: We now work independently of any industry and supply more than 400 customers around the world with highly configurable IT standard solutions and the associated know-how. From consulting and development to 24/7 support, we offer comprehensive all-round service for our products.

In addition to first-class product and consulting quality, one thing above all is important to us: that the users of our products can work perfectly day after day. That's why we attach great importance to flexibility, ease of use and fair prices, so that you can rely on a fast return on your investment.

Whether highly specialized complex logistics processes, just-in-sequence solutions, customs and foreign trade regulations or SAP NW-PI requirements - we prove every day that the highest level of expertise also means the highest level of practicality.

We love change - as IT specialists, we work in an extremely dynamic industry. Our mission is always the same: to inspire our customers with the best IT solutions, competently and passionately. Even in change, we follow constant values. In business-speak this is our mission statement, in real life simply our character. Our principles of behavior are uncomplicated and can be described in a few key words.

Despite all our professional standards, our work would only be half as much fun without a well-functioning social interaction. For us, it is a matter of course to make a small contribution and to support social commitment. Help that we are happy to provide and continuously expand.

What makes a great job for me? The people! At work, you're always part of a team, and you want to feel valued and appreciated. At WSW Software, I have found this not only in my colleagues, but also in the managers.

Many companies like to claim that they have flat hierarchies and communicate at eye level. But I've never been in a company where that was lived like it is at WSW. Here, it doesn't matter who you are, everyone is open and accessible - regardless of whether you meet through teams, in the hallway or at the pool table.

Even if it sounds like a cliché: I experience WSW Software as a company where you can talk to each other as equals. There is a great sense of community and a lot of cohesion. What else can be emphasized: Decisions are made and implemented quickly here.

Among many other things, what I like most about WSW Software is the flexibility that comes with working remotely: I can combine my job very well with my family life. Thanks to flexitime, I have enough creative freedom that I can, for example, easily integrate spontaneous day trips and time for my children into my everyday life.
